The "Journey to Albania" is a dynamic and adventurous tour but suitable for everyone.
The itinerary of this trip to Albania is designed to offer the opportunity to discover Albania in all its aspects by traveling comfortably by car.
It is possible to organize this trip to Albania with rental cars (included in the price) and move independently or accompanied by a guide.
You can choose your point of arrival in Albania: the port of Durres or Tirana airport.
We will come to pick you up on arrival and you can immediately start your holiday.

TRIP TO ALBANIA: THE ITINERARY
DAY ONE:
The first day we leave immediately towards Shkodra in northern Albania. We are located a stone's throw from the border with Montenegro and it is Lake Skadar that acts as a border.
Arrived in the city we arrange the hotel and immediately begin the visit of the city. First of all the city center and its pedestrian along which we find the Mosque, Orthodox Church and Catholic Church.
An evident testimony that here the different religions are a reason for union and peaceful coexistence and nothing else.
The trip to Albania continues with a short drive by car we will go to visit the Castle of Shkoder from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the lake and the city.
In a few minutes we reach Vau Dejes where we will spend the night after having dinner at the hotel.
DAY TWO:
We will reach Koman to start one of the most beautiful adventures of this Trip in Albania.
To reach the lake, take a beautiful road that runs along the Drin river for kilometers in a very beautiful landscape context which, however, will only be a small taste of what awaits us.
Once in Koman we will embark the cars on the ferry which, insinuating itself into the mountains for more than forty kilometers, will take us to Fierze.
The ferry crossing is one of the most beautiful and exciting moments of this trip.
Once in Fierze we resume the journey by car and in just over an hour we reach Valbona in the center of the Natural Park of the same name.
It will be possible to organize itineraries trekking and discovering unspoiled nature. We will move through endless pine forests until you get to breathtaking views.

DAY THREE:
From Valbona we will leave early in the morning for another of the most adventurous days of this Journey in Albania: we will travel remote roads through valleys and mountains for almost the whole day.
It will be incredible the transformation of the landscape that we will live during the day passing from the wild nature of the mountains to the chaotic and modern Tirana.
Once in the city we will first reach the hotel to prepare for the evening that will spend in Blloku, the nightlife and entertainment district. Dinner in the city center.
DAY FOUR:
After breakfast we will leave for the south of Albania. The first leg of the trip to Albania will be Vlora. After a short visit to the city we will leave for the Llogara Natural Park where we will have lunch before arriving in Dhermi where we will spend the afternoon on the beach and the night at the hotel.
The Parco del Llogara is a natural reserve made up of Mount Llogara which dominates the whole of its coast and from whose pass it is possible to see the coast as far as Greece.
On request it is possible to organize a trekking route that from the top of the pass reaches the beach of Grama. It takes about three hours. The path is downhill with breathtaking views.
Dhermi is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Albania characterized by the splendid beach and the restaurants on the coast that serve fresh fish.
DAY FIVE:
We leave Dhermi to reach Jala.
We are located in the center of the Southern Riviera and this is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts.
The morning is spent on the beach between swimming in the sea and fantastic beach bars. Leaving Jala we continue the journey to reach Saranda where we will spend the night with an intermediate stop in Himara where we will have lunch.
As soon as we leave the city of Himara we will stop in the splendid bay of Porto Palermo to visit the Ali Pasha Castle.
In the late afternoon we will reach Saranda and here we will find ourselves in the most touristic city of Albania and the evening will be engaged in walks along the promenade and the pedestrian. Here restaurants, clubs and discos are always open.
DAY SIX:
The morning passes between Ksamil beach and a visit to the Butrint Archaeological Park.
Ksamil beach is the southernmost of Albania, we are almost on the border with Greece and right in front of the island of Corfu.
The bay is dominated by three small islets that can also be reached by swimming. Here the sea is crystal clear and calm.
The Archaeological Park of Butrinto collects evidence of the passage of the Greeks, Romans, Ottomans and to this day. We pass from the Greek amphitheater to the Roman temple to the Ottoman castle.
In the late morning we leave to reach Girocastro. Ancient city characterized by a unique historical center in which, in addition to the artisan shops, it will be possible to visit homes that have remained immune to the test of time and are still furnished as hundreds of years ago.
Your trip to Albania continues with a visit to the castle of Girocastro and the Museums which houses: the Museum of War Weapons (mostly dating back to the Second World War) and the Museum of Albanian Civilization.
Dinner and overnight in Girocastro.
DAY SEVEN:
We will leave Girocastro after breakfast at the hotel to face the return journey to Tirana and prepare for the restart. Based on different needs and times, we will plan the last hours to spend in Tirana where we will have the last lunch and greetings before returning home.
ORGANIZED CAR TRIP
The trip is designed to give you the opportunity to move independently following the planned itinerary. Upon your arrival you will be given the "Travel Diary" with all the useful information to carry out your holiday independently.
Holidays in Albania will always be present: you can contact us any time for any need.
Alternatively, you can request to be accompanied throughout the journey by a guide.
The cost of the accompaniment is € 400 to be divided among all the participants.
This trip can also be organized for groups (from 15 people up) by bus and minibus.
The price of this Adventure Travel in Albania varies according to the number of participants:
For two participants it is € 690.00 per person.
For three participants it is € 630.00 per person
From four participants onwards it is € 590.00 per person
To participate in this trip to Albania you will have to pay in advance only € 100.00 per person and pay the difference as soon as you arrive in Albania.
